Skillbase Contractor Management Services Ltd (SCMS) was established as a subsidiary of Skillbase Consulting Ltd (est. 2001)
Through consultation with a number of our clients we recognised that there was a gap in the marketplace for the representation of self-sourced contractors/consultants who had been placed directly and not introduced via an agency.
SCMS was formed specifically to address these workers’ needs at a low cost.
SCMS provides all of the agency compliance, insurance and protection services of a standard recruitment agency, offering seamless timesheet processing, contractor payment and a dedicated Contractor Care Service.
SCMS is currently managing a number of consultants across EMEA – including in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg – at some of the most globally recognisable names in the IT, telecommunications and finance sectors.
